I can only speak to the shipping as I did not have an other experience with the Monos team. It came very quickly after it was finally available.

Toon a long time to receive but understand this current situation brings delay

I contacted customer service to check on my order and the service rep was friendly, polite and very informative

Shipping was ahead of what was originally told, was delivered well packed with no issues.
