I had the best experience with Mono as a whole. The customer service was wonderful, I had ordered the Large Check-In luggage weeks before my travels in December. But then came rolling the yearly Black Friday deals a week after I had purchased and of course due to this financially tough year I decided to kindly e-mail Mono if there was any way I could get the special deal. As I could not wait till Black Friday to order my luggage because I needed to receive my beautiful white luggage before my travels in early December. I then the next day received that applied extra discount from Black Friday immediately and was refunded the amount in my account. I'd have to say its these little things that make you feel like the world is still a good place. That people are willing to help you save just a little more to make your purchase a little more memorable and special. I really appreciated that and needless to say the luggage arrived and I could not have chosen a more beautiful luggage to travel with. I'm extremely OCD with my packing and Mono luggage is exactly that. Well designed well organized, and customer service is well managed. Thank you for the awesome holiday deal.
