Very good service!

I bought Monos because of the certifications they showed on the website, which was conspicuously absent in most other brands. Since germ removal isn't something you can't really test at home yourself without access to some sophisticated equipment, it's nuts to me that not everyone is required to show professional validation of their product's efficacy. Anyway, while the product's capabilities were the main reason I bought it, I was also pleased by the beautiful design and reasonable price, as well as fast shipping. I've now bought a wand for everyone in my family to stay safe during these trying times.

No complaints, arrived undamaged and in a timely manner. Love the cloth bag they come in.
