Bought for my holiday this year so haven’t used yet. Love the colour (taupe) Zips are good quality, the medium size is roomy enough for a 10 day holiday. I bought the Chelsea bag to accompany the suitcase and it is well made and roomy. I’m looking to buy the cabin size in the future. Both the suitcase and cabin bag have protective covers supplied. Delivery was quick and ordering online was easy. Great quality and British!
