The ring is lacking the goodyear logo which should be part of the manufacturing process, as shown on Titaniumbuzz website. While the logo is from the inside and won't show, it makes me feel I am wearing a lacking product, as my previous ring that I lost had the logo.

Terrible service - ring never sent to us! No one with customer service will get back to me.

They failed to engrave my ring. I had to send it back and it took their vendor in Utah forever to get it completed and shipped to me. They showed no urgency to fix their mistake. I will not use them again. I would not suggest using them.

Very poor job my ring looks nothing like the one you advertise it to look like and shipping was a nite mare you guys put the wrong zip code so my ring got sent back to you then it took almost a week and 4-5 phone called from me before my ring got shipped back out
