Not impressed with your customer service. Didn't meet the time frame you had stated in your FAQ. When I asked about it I felt I was being berated on the reply. Then I receive an email stating my purchase has shipped with a tracking number and several days later now when I try to track it it states they have only received the information, not that it has been shipped.

Ring size runs small compared to the sizer

The ring is lacking the goodyear logo which should be part of the manufacturing process, as shown on Titaniumbuzz website. While the logo is from the inside and won't show, it makes me feel I am wearing a lacking product, as my previous ring that I lost had the logo.

Terrible service - ring never sent to us! No one with customer service will get back to me.

They failed to engrave my ring. I had to send it back and it took their vendor in Utah forever to get it completed and shipped to me. They showed no urgency to fix their mistake. I will not use them again. I would not suggest using them.
