Customer service and after-purchase assistance excellent Bought husband wedding band 2 years ago - it is too tight. His ring size somewhere between 14 and 15. The ring sizer kit I purchased is useless as it goes up to size 13. Customer service currently working with me to figure out how to make this work. Extremely helpful Hopefully we will have a satisfactory resolution shortly.

we got one of the duck band rings. It looked just like the pictures. I was just surprised how long it took to get here and how light it feels.

Production and shipping could have been a little faster. I had to call to find out the status. I was told it would ship on one day and it didn't ship until 4 days later.

Titanium Buzz did great. I never received the ring due to the USPS. I called in and they got me a replacement ring sent out immediately. I was supposed to get a silicone ring with my purchase, but that never showed. I called in asking about the silicone ring and they said they would ship one out right away. Haven’t seen it. Not sure if it was them or the USPS.
