I had a great experience with Plum. I ordered a custom try on kit and it started off with a thoughtful email from an actual person explaining what rings she picked for me and reasoning behind them. Once I received the kit, the presentation was very impressive. There was a hand written note and I loved the variety of stones and styles they chose for me. I tried two other home trial kits from other companies and it was not nearly as nice as Plum. I would highly recommend it!
