The Plum team is easily the most helpful and responsive customer service I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Almost immediately responding to messages and being very thorough with the answers. Always a pleasant demeanor wherever we were communicating and very apologetic if any problems arose. For instance in my case they had an issue sending the entire order in one shipment because of quality control being backed up. They let me know immediately when there was an issue and even helped me change the shipping destination since I wouldn't be home to sign for the order.
