Haven't received it yet.

the packaging was lovely. comes in a little bag inside of a beautiful box. the charm itself is stunning. i have no idea how the adjustable necklace works but ended up putting the charm on my own necklace and haven't taken it off since.

Packing list is empty, no shipping return attached.

I made a mistake on my order, but you guys realized the error and corrected everything right away. . . . very satisfied.
