I have been deling with Ms Katayama, and so far my experience has been wonderful. Everything is accaruate as it can be, and as detailed in explanation as it can be as well. My only comment is that perhaps it could be quicker for overseas customers? I understand it is a long process to custom make a ring, and the message board is very good for discussing things in detail, but sometimes for small matters it becomes a hurdle because the reply takes a day from each side Other than that, i'm very much looking forward to the ring!
