i saw my instructor in yoga wearing it everyday and i though. geez its still shiny . must be gold. we do infrared yoga 109F so it should of been worn out by now. but i ended up asking her she said she got it at GLDN and i bought mine right away. . i wear it and i love it.. if it can stand sweat and shower than its totally worth it.
