I’ve been purchasing Diamond Nexus for over 10 years. I love the quality of the jewelry… absolutely beautiful! My experience has always been great. My last purchase was amazing, just didn’t like the chain. I bought my own chain because the one that came with the pendant was so fragile. I had a wonderful response with the customer service. No ‘real’ complaints.
