Diamond Nexus

Totally awesome experience there was a delay on my first order, customer service called me unprompted explaining the delay. I stated that we were going out of town and i planned to propose on the trip with her father in attendance. A few hours later I received a call telling me the ring was ready and they were going to overnight it to me so I would have it for my trip! That my friend is what customer service should look like on any level.
