The ring I ordered was received as expected. The quality appears to be good. The band is narrower than it appears to be in the pictures but the ring is otherwise everything I had hoped it would be.

I got a beautiful stacking band with a scalloped crown edge and it looks great! This ring is very detailed and has just enough sparkle to catch the light. Love it!!!

The ring looks great. I placed an order and requested a custom resize on Black Friday. After a few weeks I was worried that it may not arrive in time for Christmas. It showed up on time and was more than I expected. I spoke with two ladies from customer service who were very helpful and professional during the process. The only negative I can say is that the box the ring came in was broken and looked kind of cheap... not a deal breaker, just room for improvement. I’ll post another review in a few months when we see how the ring wears, but as of now the wife is happy and I’ll be a returning customer.
