The quality of the product was amazing along with the customer service. I only paid for standard shipping and because it was close to christmas my ring was shipped with overnight delivery free of charge. I couldn't be more impressed.

Love the piece. Would have liked a choice of 16” instead of 18” chain. It needs to sit closer to the neckline to keep it from turning around.
