Great customer service. Ring was as described. High quality. Beautiful shine and sparkle. Longer wait for delivery because it had to be custom made, but they told me that immediately. I would use them again.

Beautiful ring and delivery timeframe as expected. I HATE that it’s necessary to set up an account in order to track the ring status. This is the second ring that we’ve ordered so after I purchased it I attempted to set up an account and was told I would receive an email in order to do so, but I never received it.
