I wanted to purchase a replacement for .25ct stud basket style earring that I had purchased from C & C always had loose backs. I received no help on the chat, as the quality is different. However they did have a .23ct available. I was unhappy with the lack of help from the chat, who referred me to another retailer. They would not sell a single replacement, unless it was purchased from them. I wrote with my dissatisfaction with the lack of assistance. Monique Williams called me, she was extremely helpful. She put through a request for them to send me an extra pair of backs, since they are the same setting as the earring I lost, but they never arrived. She mailed a pair of clutches herself, unfortunately they were too large for the post, but I had found replacement 14k clutches that fit the post very well. I emailed her to let her know what had happened, but I was happy with the backs I purchased, but that I appreciated her persistence and desire to make things right. The clutch on the new earring fit perfectly. Thank you, Monique for caring about my small order with the same respect as a large order would be treated. I love Moissanite, and the only brand I will buy is C & C, even the quality of the lowest grade has beautiful color, clarity and sparkle. Ms. Williams is a fine representative of your company, her customer care was well above average. Your chat could have been more helpful, to find a similar earring since they were purchased from you, they could have looked up the order number and matched settings, and explained the quality difference, which is not noticeable in earrings that size, especially since I wear them with 2 graduated small diamond studs (.1ct &.15ct) in 1 ear, and 1 diamond stud (.15ct) in the other ear.
