My experience was 5 star. My ring looked totally fake. I returned it with no hassle. If my diamond would of had a sparkle... I would of been a life time customer.

Charles & Colvard gave me excellent Customer service! I did not order my rings on time for my vow renewal ceremony and they expedited the rings. They were very responsive whenever I reached out to them. The ring is beautiful and my husband and I are both very happy with the quality of the ring. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

purchased two of the geometric design rings and they are awesome. One to wear on a middle finger and one towear as a compliment to a silver and gold ring. Too many compliments to tell you about. Have other rings from your firm from several years ago and they are so well made and attractive!
