Long story short, I bought a ring not knowing it couldn't be re-sized from a 9 to a 5. Didn't find this out until 4 months down the road, outside of the free return period. They still let me return it and worked with me to make sure I got the new ring in a quick manner, which was good because the deadline was fast approaching. Their customer service is amazing and the ring is beautiful. I cannot say enough good about this company and the quality of their products. I have already been a return customer and will again in the future.

This is my second ring from this company (first one was stolen) and it’s just as beautiful and radiant as the pictures show. It is absolutely stunning!
