THE PRODUCT IS NOT HERE YET

My bracelet literally broke and I’m not happy. It fell off my wrist and there was reason for it to fall off.

This review is purely based on my experience with the customer service team. I placed an order of a few clothing items. I received one of the items only. Now I am accused on being a liar and they refuse to acknowledge that something has gone wrong with their supply chain. Needless to say, I do not recommend to anyone and I shall never purchase again.

Unfortunately have not received item . It got left outside and got lost even though i explained situation and bougt protect package for 3. 99 still no replacement.

I can't lie. This is my second about to be third order I am making of the SAME tracksuit, the sizing just isn't right. Bottoms i'm defo a medium. Hoody is clearly a small, because L was waaaaaaay too big, I sent back the whole tracksuit because there's not exchange system, only to get a medium hoody, that again is too big. So I am looking to order a small hoody and medium bottoms. Quality of tracksuit though is lush, feels so soft and the packaging is good. Delivery time also very very good.
