Awful, completely tarnished already not like stainless steel at all

Outrageously Terrible customer service! Still waiting for my item or refund, carrier delivered to an unsafe space and no accountability from sellers even though the carrier admit fault!

The earrings came as low quality, sadly I couldn’t return them as the option wasn’t available. Total waste of my money💔

Never received my order, questioned it with the help team at Cernucci and was told it was being investigated with evri and have not heard anything yet. Ordered these on the 4th of December and still do not have them.
