I haven’t received my order yet, it has been 7 days since the last update

Really disappointed with this product, looks and feels amazing but it is terrible quality. Within the first 3 times wearing this product it has already bent and become disfigured with one of the links becoming damaged through no fault of my own. Wouldn’t buy again.
