April showers necklace

We purchased the April showers studs and necklace. The studs are cute and appropriately sized, however the necklace is just the components of the studs joined and is too small to be effective as a necklace so a bit disappointing

Mediocre service. Not very friendly response in messages. No attempt to show goodwill.
