We purchased the April showers studs and necklace. The studs are cute and appropriately sized, however the necklace is just the components of the studs joined and is too small to be effective as a necklace so a bit disappointing

I sent an email a few days ago and had no response. I paid for an express delivery that I paid at the time of purchase. When the delivery man arrived at my house he made me pay again. I want an explanation and that money back.
