I ordered an 18 carat tiny diamond nose stud to replace the initial stud I was pierced with. Absolutely love it! Healed quicker and screw was definitely smaller which helped as well.

Beautiful nose ring! I previously had lost the L post nose ring from it falling out, but the screw post is way more secure and I don’t see it ever falling out.
