I ordered this several months after getting my nostril pierced and waiting for it to heal. This was my first replacement and it is perfect. Love the size and how it lays flat against my nose. I ordered it in white gold so the prongs are less visible. I chose the U post because it seemed most secure. I watched the video on how to put it in and after a few tries I was able to get it in. I am really happy with the quality of this product. Would order again!
