I decided to get my husband a new piece of jewelry for our 10th anniversary in November. I found the Dragonfly II on the web and wasn’t comfortable just ordering it. I wanted help with size and just to talk to someone. I began with a chat on the site which was an actual person-their east coast sales manager. She directed me to the phone and contact person in Oregon. I called and spoke with Laurel who was OUTSTANDING and got my bracelet ordered. It arrived on time and is beautiful. Wonderful experience overall. I highly recommend.
