Had an issue with a new knife not locking when I received it so I contacted Bill and it was taken care of and fixed but I feel that a knife so expensive should have never been shipped to me because it was obviously used and damaged and it was shipped to wrong address when sent back and I caught the mistake by WH and they were able to redirect it to me, several mistakes made by WH but they made good in the end only after I pointed it out but Bill has always taken care of me and I understand we all make mistakes.

Customer service excellent! My order "fell-in-the-cracks", but phone call got everything working!
