I ordered a silver/blue vincero watch and it was delivered to the wrong address. When I received the delivery notice and saw the wrong address picture in the proof of delivery, I immediately emailed back DHL and Vincero about it. They got back to me soon and they provided me replacement. The replacement was delivered in 2 days in the correct address. I like how solve the problem quickly and satisfy the client with quick delivery.
