Packaging was beautiful. Each bead individually wrapped as I requested. Website was very easy to navigate. The selection was great! One suggestion I would maybe make, a little card with the bead that tells the meaning. That's part of why I buy them but having two daughters and two granddaughters it is hard for me to remember each beads meaning.

I love going into the store, but the selection online was very easy to navigate. It was shipped within two days I received a thank you note from Anna and she selected the prettiest beads. That’s great customer service!
