Support is always helpful and friendly. I just wish you’d be clearer about what’s on sale and when. Todays the second time a set of beads I wanted all of a sudden are back to regular price. I can’t seem to understand the schedule of the on/off sales. Let’s face it, Trollbeads collecting requires some money, and sales are the only way I for one would be able to collect them.

This bead did not have all the range of color I’ve heard about with the azure bubbles bead but it did have enough to be interesting. In a way, it does a really good job in a supporting role on my bracelet without trying to steal the show. I’m quite happy with it.
