The beads are always stunning. I love them and have been collecting them for years. They just keep getting better.

The TB online store is appreciated especially since there are no longer any local stores that sell them. There used to be about 5 in my local area! The negative is that I cannot see the beads in person which is important with the glass beads as they vary. I also honestly can't say that I am impressed with the new glass bead designs within the past year. The positives are ease of use of the site and fast delivery. It looks like now you might also be starting to post reviews which is a good thing too.

Customer service was very responsive and helpful. The communication about the order is as timely and appreciated. The note from the Store in Brandon was very thoughtful and I am looking forward to visiting the store in the future.

I’ve only spoken with Customer Service once. They were terrific. Professional, courteous and most of all “helpful”.
