I have been enjoying the website for a long time, but the special sale they had for Valentine's Day prompted me to place my first order. The beads arrived beautifully packed and were just as lovely as I knew they would be. I had a small issue with a bonus gift not being included in the order, so I contacted Customer Service via email. I received a very nice reply from a rep. named Robert, who was able to correct my order and get the missing bead to me in just a couple of days. What great customer service! (And many thanks to Robert!!) I will definitely be ordering more beads from the Trollbead site in the future!
