My shopping experience and thoughts for improvement
I am always very pleased with my online shopping experience with Trollbeads. Shipping is fast. Service is excellent, attentive, and personal.
However, the Trollbeads website is not the best.
- It is difficult to navigate, search results often omit the particular bead I am seeking or return it low in the results.
- There are too many clicks to gather the information I want - designer, code number - and key information such as release date, retirement date, collection or kit names, other beads in the kit or collection is often missing.
- It will auto change a code number - “tagbe” in lower case becomes “table”?
- Some beads turn up in many searches regardless of the apparent relevance of the bead to the search criteria.
- Some sold out beads are still accessible on the website, many have recently disappeared. (I type out the bead’s name or enter the code number, so the search engine should have the information necessary to access the record.)
- If the bead is completely sold out, why not return the information from the Museum and make the page show it is a Museum bead with full statistical information?
- If the bead is a LE, why not disclose how limited it is?
- It would be helpful to know if a bead is available at a particular store, especially the ones directly affiliated with Trollbeads, whether corporate or the new “franchise” model.
Those are some thoughts in no particular order. Thanks for reading.
