The first watch I ordered I wanted to return. It didn't fulfill my expectations, but sending it back has proved difficult without a return label. I'm still waiting for one to be sent. I have been contacted but it's all very slow. But happy with the new watch.

I had an issue buying my first watch when my paid order was cancelled. And I was worried that because of that I will not be able to get my watch on time.

The watch is really nice. I have to say that the delivery time is very long. It is a very good watch. I sent a message to the customer service department which has not been answered to get a refund of the delivery costs.
