On time

I made my 1st purchase a few weeks ago. After receiving the charm I ordered, although is was pretty and good quality, it was larger than expected. I started a chat but was cut off, Sharon from thec Lovery called me and we discussed what happened, and I decided to exchange the charm for the necklace. I'm still waiting for that item. She was very helpful and friendly.

I purchased several pieces and everything I've received has been beyond what I expected. I'm very happy and satisfied.

The lovery is great store you can find unique pieces. The customer service are really friendly and helpful. The free shipping is really good.
