I made my 1st purchase a few weeks ago. After receiving the charm I ordered, although is was pretty and good quality, it was larger than expected. I started a chat but was cut off, Sharon from thec Lovery called me and we discussed what happened, and I decided to exchange the charm for the necklace. I'm still waiting for that item. She was very helpful and friendly.
