The post office delivered my charm to the wrong house. Because I had product insurance, they took care of everything. A new product was delivered successfully in a timely manner.

The people who work here are the nicest customer service representatives that you could ever deal with. The company gives you reward points, $5.00 for leaving a review and $10.00 for a first order to use on a subsequent order. Their jewelry is really nice and well-made, too. I love doing business with The Lovery.

Came in really fast. You could track it easily and they notified you every step of way.

I really like this company. I called them about some out-of-stock earrings and the customer service representative, Steve, was so nice!!! I’m still waiting for those earrings to be back in stock to match my necklace, which is very pretty. I love it.
