I had a chain that broke about 4 years after my original purchase. I reached out to customer service about their lifetime warranty. They helped me with a super easy and relatively quick process of getting a replacement chain! My only con would be that I had to pay for return shipping, but I guess that’s a small price to pay for replacing a chain that inflation has driven to cost 3x what it did when I bought it.

The heart shape makes it feel personal, while the quality makes it feel special. Highly recommend. It layers well with other dainty necklaces but is strong enough to wear on its own. I’ve worn it dressed down with a white tee and jeans, and also layered it over silk and a blazer it fits every mood.
