Great quality and absolutely beautiful

I ordered the the 4mm solid gold 10K cuban link chain. It arrived and was beautiful, but too short for my liking. I opted to exchange it for a longer chain. It has been a bit of a tedious process, but Alan has been a good communicator and attended to my concerns along the way (it is a big purchase for me, so I was nervous about the exchange). So, the product is great, and the customer service has been dependable.

Everything was as pictured and of high qaulity

An amazing experience! My pieces are super gorgeous I have a moment of sadness when I take them off lol. Absolutely beautiful, and when the sun’s light hits then I turn into a gold disco ball. I love them, and s/o to Alan and his excellent customer support

This was a Christmas gift for my son and he loved this chain. Weighty and feels expensive!
