I don't know where the five stars came from. My personalized ring has already turned . I reached out for a refund and sent a picture of the fading ring STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE. SMH!!!!!

The chain I got was amazing, beyond beautiful and weighed more than I expected. The only issue was I had reached out to customer service via email about an issue I had, I thought I put in the discount code for ten percent off and it didn’t work so I payed more than I expected and reached out about the weight of the chain and never got a response. So the actual item was great but customer service was non existent

This is the second chain I’ve purchased from the company and I am more than happy. An incident happened where my new one broke and Alan from customer service helped me out and ensured that I received a new one! Thanks Gold Gods
