My package took a long time to arrive, and when it arrived, they had given me someone else’s father in the necklace that was supposed to be a commemoration of my own father. Who just passed. Getting in contact with them to get the right necklace was a hassle. And that took another wait time that was extremely long as well. The necklace sits around my neck and when it moves, it sounds extremely cheap and it feels poorly made not only was I disappointed with the communication from this company, but the Locket necklace itself looked extremely cheap in person and the locket is a lot larger than shown in picture. I really wanted to like this company, but I feel very letdown. A big waste of $100.

Bad Company that scams duties and taxes on products shipped to Canada then doesn’t actually pay them!

one of the poorest experiences I’ve ever had with a retailer. I bought this and after weeks it never showed up. I contacted you and was told my item was permanently out of stock. Asked for a refund and kept receiving generic bot responses and never got my refund. Had to dispute with CC which is still ongoing. You guys are terrible.
