Quality was horrible. Sticker was falling off the anklet the moment the package was opened and the clasp doesn’t stay closed.

Poor quality pearls look fake. Not worth 110. 00 paid for it.

I have bought the same tennis bracelet twice now because I loved the fit and look, however, it has fallen off after a couple months the first time and the second time only a few weeks. I am very upset because the clasp was not as durable as it should’ve been.

This gold plating on this piece looks rather cheap and is too bright yellow, not like actual gold. I can’t wear it next to my true gold pieces because of the steak difference in tone. It almost looks as if it were spray painted as it’s quite matte and has no brilliance. The linking where the barbed sections are joined are also crude and do not move easily making the necklace feel stiff against your neck, almost crunchy and difficult to move gently if the necklace rotates a bit off center. I tried to return this necklace as the price very far exceeds the low quality and was informed by customer service that I could only exchange or receive a credit, no refunds were possible but in all truth the quality is so poor I didn’t want any other items from M jewelry nor a store credit because I assume most of the other pieces are of low quality as well. I will not purchase here again
