Scamming company. Their system makes it impossible to return or even simply cancel within one hour. Beware.

If I could do 0 stars I would. Not what I ordered and no response when I asked for a refund. Chain is tiny and nameplate is huge compared to links on chain. Doesn’t look like photo at all.

purchased two items, they inform me both are out of stock, they ONLY offer me store credit, i requested an actual refund and never received a response, about a month later i finally just say “ fine give me the store credit “ NO RESPONSE. i’ve ordered from the m twice and had a horrible experience both times please do not do this to yourself 😭

I waited over a month to get my order but my credit card was charged when I ordered it. It was the lette “C” and I was given a BS line that “each item is made to order” when I asked multiple times where my order was. Never ever ever again. The only reason I’m keeping it is because I dread trying to return it. ZERO stars!

Want to return because necklace came broken sent pic to customer service a week ago no one got back to me so I want to return entire order …the first and last time I will order …write back to my email I am going to dispute and take to socials on my terrible experience
