WHERE IS MY ORDER? I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE 2 DAYS AGO WITH NO REPLY. I GIVE IT 0 STARS.

I placed my order in November and still haven't received it. I have contact customer service multiple times and I am told "they are looking into it. " They issued a tracking number a few weeks ago (after a message to customer service), but it has not actually been shipped. Frustrating and disappointing.
