It’s fine. It took over a month to get which okay, it’s custom, but it was a LOT smaller than I thought it would be and the end of the name looks really weird where they attached the ring. For reference, the letter is i and it looks like a lower case L.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the quality of this necklace. It says that it won’t tarnish as long as you take care of it not get it wet, blah blah blah. I have been doing that not only did it break and I have to keep re-fixing it, but it tarnish is really badly even when I don’t expose it to any water. I’m so upset. I’ve only had this necklace for 10 days and it literally broke on the second day.

I feel that an initial pendant should be returnable or at least exchanged, and should not be included in "personalized items". It's not the complete name, just an initial, which many others could wear.

Shipping was fast but product is almost unwearable. I feel scammed.

So far the two items I’ve ever ordered from The M have arrived damaged. Most recently earrings where the backs were bent down and crushed. The box was perfectly intact, the earrings were placed inside already damaged.
