First you have to request a return, then wait a week plus to receive an email with a link to a Google form to then have to complete all the information that should already be linked to your purchase to then wait AGAIN for an email with a mailing label. Unacceptable to have to make customers complete a Google Doc imputing the item #, order ID #, email address, and upload a picture of the item in 2025.
