Very pretty packages. I wish it came with the cloth bag that is recommended in the card. It looks good it’s just my order came with an engraveable bracelet I can’t wear because it doesn’t fit me and it doesn’t come with adjustable loops. The pearl nameplate necklace came with attachment pieces of a different color not sure if it’s a mistake or a wearing of the gold.

It was ok. I actually reached out after my second order to customer service because I received the wrong item even though my packaging slip stated the correct item I ordered. I never received a response about an exchange. This is the reason for the rating. I was very happy with my first order and that is why I ordered again but unfortunately it did not go as well.
