I had a few questions about the design and I chatted with a very nice representative!! The only thing you need to revise is your purchase process which does not work for Visa cards just PayPal. It wasn't clear why the final transaction was failing at checkout but it appears the Dominican Republic is problematic for Visa cards based out of US banks.
