Returns Policy and Cost is Terrible. It’s not competitive these days.

The return policy is poor. Ear rings must be kept and anything you do send back has restocking fees and you have to pay to postage TO AUSTRALIA! In addition to this, you get charged import duty on the oder in the first place. I don't understand how they can be called 'Temple of the Sun - US' when they are in Australia. The items are not as nice as in the pictures. It was a bad experience and I won't buy from them again.

Advertising 'free shipping' is misleading when the recipient is hit with high import charges and expensive return fees. This was not the seamless purchase I expected.

Don’t buy if there is any chance you’d want to return. Responsible for shipping back to Australia (I’m in the US). Fell for targeted Instagram ads.
