Jewelry by Johan's website, staff, and entire experience were phenomenal. I customized my future husband's wedding band with them. We loved so many of the current bands and rings offered on the website but ended up falling in love with two, so we combined them and customized one perfect band for my fiancé! The ring sizers came and were accurate. The final ring came and was a perfect fit. The design of the ring is also wonderful and looks sturdy like it'll last for many years to come. The customization process was so easy- I sent my initial request in and someone replied to my inquiry almost instantly! Their customer service was great and had constant communication with me to keep me updated on shipping estimate times and when to expect things.
